Carpet Installation –   To install first  a cushion pad or rosin paper for underlayment

         commercial grade , 2.88 MM  thick with protective urethane

         layer,

         then install tackles strips to the floor, with its end extending

         up the wall  about 6 “,  after roll out carpet to opposite wall

         in smooth manner.

Painting –   First prepare the surface, then a  apply a coat of primer followed by

finish coat of painting – latex, satin finish,

Dry Wall –  To install new dry wall –  Fire Retardant –  ASTM  c – 840 standard,

apply mud, taping and skim coating,

Bath Room installation –  Install new ceramic tiles on walls, floors,

               Tub, Vanity, Showers, Faucets and accessories,

Windows Installation –  Install new double hung windows,

Door Installation –  Install  new single entry  and storm doors,

Concrete Work –  To cut out existing cracked and disintegrated concrete surface,

  then cart away debris, install wire mesh with tie bar, then pour

  fresh concrete 5 inches – 3500 PSI

Roofing –  Asphalt Shingles –  Remove existing shingles, install  30 LBS roof felt,

                      replace with new shingles – three tabs or architecture,

                      install  flashing  on the perimeters of roof,

                      drip edge, ridge vents and Ice shields,
